Ash-e-jow (Iranian/Persian Barley Soup)

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
Added cubed chicken. I recommend using yogurt instead of sour cream. I doubled the amount of yogurt as I like my soup a little sour. Great recipe.

Absolutely delicious. To be health conscious I eliminated the mozzarella. I used the entire jar of spaghetti sauce. Next time I will add mushrooms and sauttee the veggies with fresh garlic instead of using garlic salt.

Delicious! I omitted the turkey liver as it was difficult to find, and my mom used the liver from the turkey to make her stuffing. Tasted great even without the liver.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2009
For best results, slice baguette and brush with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes at 350. Then put the bruschetta mix on the bread, top with mozzarella, and bake for another 5 minutes. This was the best bruschetta I've ever had. My guests raved about it!
