Macaroni and Cheese V

We loved this recipe. I have made it twice with whatever cheeses we have on hand. I am going to try it next time with buttered town house crackers.

Cream Cheese Tart Shells

I just made this for mini quiche. I found it easiest if you shape it in the palm of your hand before fitting it into the muffin tin. I thought it was going to look sloppy because my quiche mix ran over a little, but they look great. overall, very easy and tasty...thanks

Original Irish Cream

My hubby liked this better than any brand of Irish cream that he has had. I took others advice and used half and half. I also was too cheap to buy choc. syrup so I melted half an ounce of semi sweet chocolate in a little of the cream.
