Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I added 2/3 cup of rum. Soooo good. I also used butter instead of shortening and didn't use white sugar. I was out of eggs so I used 1/4 cup of mayonaise and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder as a substitute. I can't believe how good these were, especially considering all the wonky changes I made to the recipe. I can't imagine a better oatmeal raisin cookie. I gorged myself on them.

Kale Krisps

You wouldn't think to look at it that it could taste so good. I ate the whole pan myself.

Orzo with Kale

I made this as a hot dish with brown rice instead of orzo. I didn't use nutmeg because my husband dislikes it, and I added halved cherry tomatoes. It was very good. I'll be making it again.
