My cooking triumphs
I've entered in many competitions, but one was a challenge for the best sandwich. Everyone was thinking bread, but I was thinking breadless. Made a Chicken Roulade between two Portabello grilled mushrooms, with bitter greens and a sweet balsamic reduction - It was a awesome presentation and a hands down winner!
My cooking tragedies
Made a three inch lemon cured tart with three different sauces (raspberry, blueberry & mango sauce). Colors were beautiful but sauces were reduced so much that they turned as hard as candy - Oh No!
