Cocktail Meatballs
Made these for Christmas 2 years in a row. Definatley will continue to be a staple for our Christmas Eve appetizers. They vanish in a hurry!

Delicata Creamy Squash Soup
I made this soup with skim milk + 1 xtra tbs of butter... it turned out smooth and creamy and delicious! Will definately make again.

Jazzy Green Bean Casserole
Made this as a side dish at Christmas, I ate it as a meal, myself and went back for more. I LOVED it. The corn added a great "crunch". Delicious.
