Yummy Lasagna

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
This was a pretty easy recipe to use and the taste is great! I cut mine into 8 pieces because 6 servings of 921 calories each was too much.

Red Broccoli Salad

This is a great dish. It was easy to prepare, although frying 2 lbs of bacon can take a bit of time depending on your circumstances. It was a great hit at the party I took it too.

Very good and easy recipe. Lots of tweaks possible and hard to 'go wrong' with this one.

Honey Chicken Stir-Fry

Reviewed: May 31, 2009
This is a nice and easy stir fry recipe. It's mild, so if you want to spice it up a bit, you'll need to modify.

Linda's Lasagna

Reviewed: May 17, 2009
I went the cottage cheese route and it was excellent, not the same as ricotta, subtly different and very tasty.

Steff's Shepherd Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2009
This was a great recipe, easy to make and easy to prepare. It was surprisingly tasty although a bit on the bland side which is part of the reason I rated it a 4. You may want to spice it up a bit. The other is the 'mashed potatoes is a bit vague; there are many possibilities for mashed potatoes. In my case I sued boiled three mid sized russet potatoes in a large saucepan with 1/2 tsp salt for 20 minutes (until tender), then blended with 4 tbsp half and half and 2 tbsp butter. I will definitely make this again.
