Whole Grain Breakfast Cookies
YUM! That is what the kids had to say! I did make a few changes. I pulsed the Oats in the food processor down to a flour consistency( it is just a preference of the kids). I left out the cinnamon. I used unsweetened applesauce instead of oil. 3T of honey in place of the agave nectar(It was on hand). I used 1/3 c of Splenda Brown Sugar. Left out the Cherries. Added dark chocolate chips. I baked them on a Sil-pat and they came out amazing. I didn't smash them down either and I have not had any trouble with them crumbling. As a matter of fact they are so moist they are slightly sticky as they sit in the container. Thank you for a great base recipe.

Easy Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
First of all, I can't believe how incredibly easy this recipe is! I used both fat free half/half and fat free sweetened condensed milk. The consistency was great! It is definitely sweet enough without any extra added sugar. Thank you for such an amazing recipe.

Slow Cooker London Broil
I made this for dinner today for the first time, it was by far the easiest recipe and I like that it takes what is typically on hand to make. I did use the entire can of both soups, I didn't have onion soup so I added onion flakes, worchestershire sauce, salt & pepper, 1/2 can of water. It really has a great flavor when it was done I shredded it and added 3C of cooked rice. Thanks for a great fast dinner.
