Peanut Butter Coffee Cake

This is wonderful! I just took it out of the oven and it is almost gone! I made a few changes, I used margarine instead of shortening and Adams Natural peanutbutter. I think it has a great peanut flavor, almost like a soft peanut butter cookie. I really like the topping, gives it something extra.

Glazed Almond Bundt Cake

Love this cake! I love almond flavor and the ground almonds in this recipe give it a nice texture. I will make this again and again!

Good recipe. I followed it exactly and thought it was really flavorful. I topped mine with a coffee glaze which really made it full of coffee flavor!

Coconut Cream Pound Cake

I am not really a coconut person, but this cake is wonderful. Even my husband who really doesn't like coconut said it was great. I did use only 2 cups of sugar and inreased the exract to 1 1/2 tsp. Great recipe!

Butter Brickle Cake

Good cake for something a little different. I added 3oz cream cheese and toffee bits to the batter. I baked mine as a bundt at 350 for 55 minutes. Be sure to grease and flour the pan really well if you make the bundt, mine still stuck a little.

Lemon Coconut Loaf

I made this for my mother in law who loves lemon and coconut. I don't love either, but I tried it and thought it was really good. I did double the coconut. It was a hit!

Really good flavor. The bread is tender and the filling is nice. Next time I make it I will make divide it into two loaves because I ended up with one large flat loaf.

Cappuccino Muffins

So good!!! I made this into a quick bread and cooked it in a loaf pan at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. It was a hit! You only need half the amount of topping to make it this way.

Overnight Cinnamon Rolls I

Great cinnamon rolls. I didn't proof my yeast at the beginning so I had to leave the dough in a warm oven to rise for 2.5 hours, but they still came out great! I topped mine with cream cheese frosting.

Ashley's Chocolate Chip Cookies

I used this recipe because I only had 1 stick of butter and my family really wanted chocolate chip cookies. I used the one stick or butter and 1/3 cup of tub whipped butter and the turned out great! Crispy on the outside and chewy middles. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!
