Slow Cooker Baked Beans

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Everyone loved this. Had leftover chicken baked with montreal seasoning and used carrots, peas and corn. Also used canned biscuits instead of baking mix. It was done about 10 minutes sooner than recipe stated.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

So easy and good. This will go into my regular rotation. Next time I will change out the foil for onions and carrots and stuff the cavity as well.

Chef John's Mushroom Gravy

Excellent. I needed to use up some mushrooms and had to use what I had on hand. I used one can of beef consumme, a half can of water and two cups of vegetable broth. It came out great!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Excellent crust! I used 1 tsp brown sugar and let my kitchen aid do all the mixing. I added just enough flour to make a soft dough. It was sticky when I went to make the pizza. I used a little flour on my pizza stone and a little on my hands to stretch it out. Turned out great. This will be my new recipe!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

I always forget how much I love these cookies. I used a whole can of pumpking 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg and a dash of cloves and ginger. They were perfect, rich and moist.

The Best Banana Bread

I changed it bit because of what I had on hand. I doubled the batch, replaced the butter with 1 can of pumpkin and 1/2 cup sour cream I wanted to use up. I also used one scant cup sugar and 1 cup brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice and 1 tsp salt. I got rave reviews!
