used sparkling wine and some homemade gift marmalade for the glaze wish i had used more ginger but it was fabulous served with roasted brussels sprouts and blackeyed peas & rocket -thanks for the great recipe!

this is so tasty and super easy. i love anything i can make in one pot. i did cover the pot for the last 25min. of the cooking and the rice turned out fine. great recipe, thank you

Easy Quiche

wow! this is so easy and tasty. i made it with ham,artichoke hearts, mushrooms and gorgonzola and mozzerella cheeses. my fussy husband loved the light,fluffy texture. be sure to use your big quiche pan as mine almost overflowed. thank you michele, can't wait to make this one again. i make this all the time! sooo easy & good

Honey Rice

so easy. so good. i will always make extra rice to save for this yummy pudding. i tried it with a can of sweetened condensed milk and a little rose water instead of the lemon and it was good that way too. thanks susan
