Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

I made this chili this morning for an office luncheon and only made a minor change... I made my chili using venison burger and venison breakfast sausage. I expanded the recipe slightly to allow for making a larger quantity. The principle difference when using venison, you can disregard the need to drain off excess grease. There is none. Other than that, I made no changes and it turned our great. Thanks.

Sausage & White Bean Soup

Great recipe! I eliminated the prosciutto ham and in its place, I added Cajun Andue sausage and regular smoked sausage. Also, I started with a full bag of dry navy beans and soaked them overnight the old fashioned way. The soup was great and the andue sausage gave it a wonderful little kick. Thanks.
