Pecan Pie V
Big hit with the family. I do like the fact that it doesn't require corn syrup...in fact this was one of the reasons why I tried this recipe. I just don't keep corn syrup on hand. I have made it several times now and it turns out perfectly delicious every time.

Chewy Sugar Cookies
I've never been a fan of sugar cookies. My husband asks for them every Christmas though. So I searched through the recipes on this site and discovered this one. This is now our family's favorite cookie, even mine!
