Very very good! I did use pork chops instead of chicken (as unfortunately my chicken had gone bad) But it was super good! I WILL be making again! Thanks!

Chicken Fajita Melts

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2009
Wonderful! Very easy too! I had some chicken fajita meat that was precooked but not seasoned so I used that, also I used 2 Tbls of "Chicken taco" seasoning, other than that stuck to the recipe. It was fantastic, I can't wait for lunch tomorrow so I can eat the leftovers!

Inside Out Ravioli II

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
Pretty good. My kids had two helping each and thats really all that matters. My hubby was upset b/c it had spinach in it, well you couldn't even taste it so he was fine! I did add an 8 oz package of softend cream cheese on top, it was really good that way.

Wilted Spinach Salad

The kids and I loved it. Hubby complained about being "meat deprived" because I served this as a meal. Guess what? He survived. It was so wonderful, great flavor.

Slow Cooker Veggie-Beef Soup with Okra

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2008
I thought this was pretty good, nothing fantastic, just pretty good. My husband, however was VERY pleased with it and my two year old that only likes mac and cheese ate 2 bowls! So it gets a five because the family was happy and it was very easy to make. I did add 2 cans of water and 2 beef bullion cubes. I also just used a bunch of different frozen veggies I had. (I save small amounts of leftover veggies and freeze them for soups like this) I also cooked on low for 6 hours.

This was awesome! I didn't add capers or olives simply because I didn't have any. But it was still delicious.

Peppermint Meringues

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2008
This were good. I like the taste a lot. Everyone is right, the texture is kinda weird. I used room temp egg whites and it still seemed like it took forEVER to peek, which caused me to get bored, which caused me to get curious. So I added 2 drops of pink food coloring and about 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. I put the mix in a ziplock bag, cut the corner and piped them onto my foil lined cookie sheet, all the while talking about how I needed pastry bag for Christmas! I cooked them for the specified time, shut off the oven and let them stay there overnight. They came out picture perfect and very tasty. A simple recipe that I will use again and again!

Very very good. The rice kind of soaks up all the liquid though so its not really soup a couple days later but its still soo yummy.

It was pretty good, very well recieved at the office, but I was not blown away by it. But, I would prefer it hotter and with blue cheese, but thats just me.

Was awesome! Made plain ol boring ol ground beef into a fancy dinner. The flavors were so deep, it tasted like something I would be ordering, not making. I loved this dish. Oh, and ps, leftovers were just as good.
