Asian Chicken Salad

Yummy! I altered the dressing a bit adding twice as much brown sugar and 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger which gave it a nicer Asian flavor.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV

I think the cooking time for the recipe may be too long as everything was extremely soft and broken down. The beef was so tender that it broke apart. Honestly, the presentation was awful! We had company for dinner and ended up having to cook cardboard pizza!

Crispy Cucumbers and Tomatoes in Dill Dressing

This is a great summer salad. I added an extra teaspoon of sugar to it which made it just a little sweeter. I also used red wine vinegar instead of cider vinegar. I have been making this weekly and eating it with lunch everyday.

This is the BEST! I did not have the white flour, so only wheat flour was used. I did not use the cloves either. It was just sweet enough!

BBQ Teriyaki Pork Kabobs

Yummmmm! Pork never tasted so good! I marinated my pork for about eight hours and it was amazingly tender. I used fresh pineapple, red bell peppers and red onion on my skewers with the pork. The sauce is terrific as well. This is a great dish for a small dinner party on the patio....looks impressive but with minimal work!

Fiery Dragon Stir-Fry

Fantastic! I used fresh vegetables instead of bell pepper, celery, onion,broccoli and sliced water chestnuts. I subbed chili paste for the red pepper flakes and powdered ginger instead of grated fresh ginger. I served it with spaghetti ( lo mein) instead of rice. This was better than any Chinese restaurant!
