Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II
This was a really yummy recipe. I made a double portion, and made three different versions of the cookie (as part of a present). I didn't ad the cocoa immediately, and split it in three. One third I mixed with dried cranberries, shredded coconut and white chocolate, another followed the original recipe, thou I added some lemon peel, the last third turned out far the best, I used chocolate covered caramel and walnuts (chopped rather finely). The ones who actually followed the original recipe weren't really that interesting, but soft and chocolaty. They are a little bit to sweet for my Scandinavian taste. I wonder how well they keep out side the fridge?

Chilled Tomato and Avocado Soup
I just made this soup, and everybody liked it except for my 3 year old nephew. My niece (who is two) loved it though, she is currently completely covered in it. I also did not have any onions, so I added two spring onions, and I added less than what the recipe called for in tomato juice (I think about half), and instead of mincing the tomatoes, I chopped them, and added them. I made steamed asparagus, minted corn and goat cheese baguette, and shrimp in a parsley and garlic sauce with it(I had to feed a whole lot of people), and it was all OK, except maybe for the asparagus (it just doesn't really fit). Everything has been eaten. It really is a bit intense for a main dish, I think it would be fantastic as a starter.

Banana Pancakes I
These where the best American pancakes I've ever had. I made this the first time like in the recipe, with some vanilla, and the second time (when it was just for me and my boy friend) I added berries and oat meal, and added almost no sugar and oil. They where still really good. I normally don't like American pancakes, so these are by far my favorite. Thanks
