This is a fabulous cake! I've made it at least 6 dozen times, and it is easy to make, very moist and delicious. I don't understand the reviewers who said it tastes like cornbread. I've never experienced that with this recipe, so I can only assume they've done something wrong. This recipe is a classic, and is one I depend on when I want something that will impress.

Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken

This was GREAT! I made the recipe using 6 chicken breast halves, and found that one egg yolk wasn't enough, so I used 2 whole eggs for the marinade. I agree that there is a boatload of crumb mixture. I refrigerated what was left for the next time I make this. It's easy, and delicious! We LOVE garlic and we LOVE easy, so it's perfect for my family. Serve it with rice and salad or vegetable, and it's the perfect meal!

Eggnog Quick Bread

This recipe is perfect for Christmas gift giving. I usually add a cup of fresh cranberries, which really makes it ideal for the holiday season. Now, friends are disappointed if they DON'T receive it!

Pat Maharaj Spice Cake

I had an unfortunate experience with this cake. It puffed up around the edges and sank in the middle. I tore off one of the pieces, though, just to taste it, and it was DELICIOUS! I'm definitely going to try it one more time.

White Chili I

This is fantastic! Our whole family loves it, and I especially love it because it's an easy, nutritious meal. I serve it over rice with shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Add a salad and you're set!

Chocolate Mice

I made these for a business meeting held right before Halloween. The adults were laughing and enjoying them just like kids would have. They're very easy to make and delicious!
