Simple Roasted Butternut Squash
This is so simple and delicious!! I added rosemary to the mix and it was perfect. I ate it right out of the pan after it came out of the oven. I cooked for 15 min, stirred and then cooked for another 15 min

Kale Orange Banana Smoothie
I liked this! I added vanilla soy milk to make it thinner and easier to drink, and also a TBL of flaxseed. I only used half a banana and about 3/4 cup of kale. yummy!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
If you don't like reviews that change up the recipe, don't read this one! I didn't end up doing slow cooker because of how my day was going, so I cooked the chicken seprately with montreal chicken seasoning and olive oil and I put the sauce ingredients in a big pot and stirred until bubbly. I added 1/2 cup sour cream and a sprinkle of montreal seasoning and a can of green chiles because I just wanted to! I also added two packages of sliced baby bellas that I cooked to soften in olive oil before adding. I served this over jasmine rice or whole wheat egg noodles! yummy! rich and creamy :)
