Stuffed Green Peppers I

Love this recipe!! It is a big one in our house. Only gave it 4 stars because had to make some changes after reading some reviews. I cut the tops off the peppers and boil them for 3-4 minutes, after that I put some seasoning and cheese at the bottom of the peppers. While browning the meat I add a lot of basil, oregano, italian seasoning and galic salt. After I drain the meat (which you don't really have to do cause it isn't that greasy depending on the percentage you use) I will add more seasoning while it simmers. I buy the canned diced tomatoes with basil,garlic and oregano already in them. After simmering, ill sometimes add a few dashes of Frank's red hot to spice it up a bit. I add the cheese while it is still warm so its gooey and melted. Only one can of soup is really needed, and sometimes I water it down and other times I don't. Not a huge fan of tomato soup so I really only use half the can when its watered down. This really is a awesome recipe, just can come out a bit bland and needs a little hit :)

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Was a good soup....once i spiced it up. Thibk i added more potatoes then the recipe called for because it had a strong, bland potato taste, even after the herb an md spice bouillon. So we added more pepper and Adobo, was amazing after that!!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

I have NO what went wrong, but this turned out terrible!! Took more then 12 hours for the meat to cook, the soup had NO flavor what so ever!! Was extremely bland! My boyfriend and i didnt even eat it. Followed the recipe exactly! have no clue what went wrong. Very disappointing.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

This was Amazing!!! Such a good recipe! Was a little skeptical at first about making it all in a crock pot but it trned out great! My boyfriend and I ate soo much we could barely move. I just had my third day of it for lunch, still good :) It made enough that i was able to freeze some of it. Even though it was an amazing dish, im giving it 4 stars because it needed more a kick. Wasnt hot enough, and i think it makes a better dip (when you mix the sour cream and cheese) then a soup. Still good though, deff making it again!

Pumpkin Bread

I made this and it was great!! I did do some adjusting though, i added a teaspoon of vanilla, cut the cloves down to 1/2 a teaspoon and added 1/2 a teaspoon of ginger. it came out amazing!!! I just think next time I'm going to cut back on the cloves more

I made this bread twice. First time I followed the recipe and it came out good,but I thought it was a bit too sweet and a little bland. So the next time I added a half a teaspoon of cinnamon and it was a bit better

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

I Lve making this, everythime I do everyone loves it! But, I have a problem. I have a gas stove, and I set it at 325 degrees and it takes forever to cook! The center is always not set, too jiggly and I end up over cooking it a bit because it wont cook all the way. Any advice??

Stuffed Shells III

I was amazed at how well these turned out. I thought they were going to be okay, but in my opinion they turned out way better then okay!!! To me they were restaurant quality! the only change I would make is less salt. I used 1 1/4 teaspoons and it was still a bit too salty for my taste, but everyone else loved them!

snowballs were my fave cookie my grandma made around the holidays and this recipe is exactly like hers! I make them all the time and they are THE BEST!!! wouldn't change a thing in the recipe!

really good! First time I made it, i followed the recipe as is and it was good. The other times, I reduced the number of apples from 8 to 5 and i added cinnamon. It's still the best either way!

Great Twice Baked Potatoes

It was ok, but to me they had no taste but the onions. you couldn't taste the cheese or anything. I fried up bacon and added that, it made it a little better. But i also made the mistake of not adding the paprika.
