About this Cook
I am a good cook(so i am told) and in the little time that i have been a member, i have already used several of the ALLRECIPE recipes.
My favorite things to cook
BEEF and maybe some MORE BEEF and a little potato
My favorite family cooking traditions
I am Peruvian and Spanish and therefore I LUV BEEF, my whole family does, and I enjoy trying several different and new ways of cooking this delicious entree.
My cooking triumphs
I would definitely have to say that the recipe for baked french fries I was my greatest triumph. I made it for some guests that came over and they loved them!
My cooking tragedies
I tried to make the Creamy Potato Soup from this site and it turned out HORRIBLY! I didn't even eat it it was so bad. My parents ate it to spare my feelings but too late! hahaha

Baked French Fries I
I tried this recipe when my parents had some friends over and we all loved it! The only problem was that the amount of sauce in the recipe wasnt nearly enough for the potatoes that I made. I had to like triple it. Also instead of using garlic powder i used garlic salt & it turned just fine. I will definitely make this recipe again.

Cheese Enchiladas
This recipe was easy and fast. I went to the store to get tortillas and there were like 4 diffferent sizes. Get the ones that are enchilada size DUH! Just a note i found the sauce to be too tomatoey for my taste, next time i'll leave out some of the tomato sauce. P.S. You can fit six enchiladas into that size dish.
