I love to make fudge at Christmas and cookies. I like to just throw things together and see how they taste.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom is a great cook and the smell of onions and garlic on my hands always makes me think of her.
My cooking triumphs
Anything new that worked out! Probably my beer battered fried chicken fingers or vidalia onion rings. Yum...not too healthy but good.
My cooking tragedies
Butterscotch pudding with scrambled eggs.

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce
Delicious. I used chicken broth mixed with sour cream since I didn't have any light cream. So yummy!!

New England Clam Chowder I
We all loved this. I used turkey bacon, used only about 1/2 cp of onion, 2 cups of water, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 cans of clams, and I forgot to add the butter. I used all the liquid from the clams and added about a tablespoon of flour to the clam juice to help it thicken up. The kids ate two bowls and made me promise to make it again! Delicious!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
I have made this for the last few years and it is as good as anything I've ever had. SO delicious!!
