Didn't have mini muffin pan's so I just made them on a cookie sheet .

I made 4 jumbo muffins and used frozen blueberry's . They turned out great !

I used a cast iron skillet for my corn bread . I tastes better .
I added 1 cup of raisins to mine . Turned out great !

I used a crock pot to heat them on low for 2 hrs.

I mixed in the rice . It's more common to put on top of white rice .
