Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Banana Crumb Muffins

These were delicious! I baked them just as the recipe called. The first time I made them I didn't feel like the top was as "crumby" as it should be. The second time, I followed another reviewer's advice and put the topping on with about 5 minutes of baking time left and they turned out much better.

I enjoyed this recipe. I had to leave the pecans out because I was taking it to a school function and there is a "no nut" policy, but I had several people come up and ask for the recipe.

Hard Chocolate Glaze

This is a great glaze! I used it on bite sized brownies and sprinkles them will fall decorations for a fall party! I used 1 2/3 c. of semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of the squares, and heated it all in the microwave stirring every 15-20 seconds until melted!

Mom's Favorite Baked Mac and Cheese

I thought this was excellent. The texture was perfect. I did omit the onion because I wasn't sure if everyone would like that addition. I followed the recipe except for that. It was a hit at the cookout we attended!

Triple Berry Crisp

This was good! I made mine with all fresh fruit and used strawberries instead of blackberries. The crispy top was so delicious. The only change I would make would be to use 2 cups of each fruit instead of 1 1/2.

Bacon and Tomato Cups

I've taken these to several different gatherings, and every time, someone asks me for the recipe. I did take the advice of others and cut way down on the mayo. I just used enough to get everything moist. I've also used the pre-cooked bacon in a pinch, and have experimented with a variety of different cheeses to change it up every now and then!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Chicken Enchiladas V

I love this recipe!! Following the advice of other reviewers, I did make a few changes. 1) I did not put in the green chiles. Instead I split a can of Rotel - half with the soup mixture and half with the chicken mixture. 2) I doubled the cheese and put 1/2 of it in with the chicken mixture before I rolled up the tortillas.
