This recipe was fantastic. Perfect amount of spice. When I make it, I prepare it the night before and put it all in the slow cooker pot and then refrigerate it. The next day I put it on low in the slow cooker before I go to work and 10 hours later...it is the best chili I have ever had. The first time I made it, we were having company on a Friday night and everyone was blown away by the flavor. I have had to send the recipe to everyone. My son (11 year old) was disappointed when he found out I was making chili then after eating this...he was disappointed that we had run out because EVERYONE went back for seconds! Thanks, thanks, THANKS for sharing!
