Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins

Very good. I made these with a little apple sauce in the batter because my eggs were small, and it was a little stiff. They turned out delicious, and I will be making these again and again. Thank you for sharing!

Clone of a Cinnabon

This makes a perfect dough. The baking time is also right on. I wasnt all impressed with the filling, I might change it a bit, but my search for a great cinnamon bun dough recipe has come to an end. Thanks!

Peachy Moist Muffins

I followed the recipe to a T, and was careful not to overmix, and these still came out rather dense for my liking. Overall the flavor was ok, and my kids ate them, but neither my husband nor I were impressed.

Waffles I

These were excellent in texture, but lacked a little something in taste. I admit, even Eggos are bland without butter or syrup, but I believe a 5 star would be able to stand alone taste-wise. I had to double the batch the family liked these so much. Will make again, as my family likes waffles with peanut butter and syrup, and these are a great basic waffle.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

this miffin's texture is amazing. i followed the recipe to the letter, but did not have enough butter to make the topping, but htey were so delicious, nobody missed it. I had to use frozen berries, but the key with that is to toss them frozen in flour just enough to coat, and then fold them in the batter. They did not over wet the batter, and did not sink to the bottom. They were PERFECT! I have to double the batch next time, I have 6 kids and this made only 9 good sized regular muffins. GREAT RECIPE thanks!!

Apple Strudel Muffins

These are very very good, especially with the topping! I used granny smith apples and followed everything to a T. They made the house smell amazing. my daughters were stalking the kitchen, waiting for the buzzer to sound, LOL! I do recommend putting the unused muffins un a ziplock while warm to retain moisture, otherwise they become dry the next day.

French Onion Dip From Scratch

This recipe was very easy and extremely flavorful. I followed it exactly, and got rave reviews at a picnic to which I brought it. It has a very natural onion flavor, with perfect seasoning balance, vey differant to that of the powder/sour cream taste I had been previously used to. I will not ever do that shortcut again, thanks to this recipe that is now in my permanent box! Thankyou!

Mall Pretzels

very good compared to others, and definately worth the work, if you can eat them in one day! the next-day leftovers arent very good. I dont have that problem though, with 6 kid running around! They love helping with these.

Best Ever Chewy Chocolate Chocolate Chunk Cookies

I just made three batches of these in three days! So many cookies were gone from the jar by the time i wanted one, so i had to keep making more! I will never be in search of a recipe for chocolate chip cookies again. It is worth it to go out and buy corn syrup if you dont have it...i think it really made a differance. Parchment paper and the lesser baking time were really helpful too. I have never had more success with a recipe and i bake often!

Apple Crumble Pie

i never thought id try a pie from scratch...i even ruined storbought crust and canned filling! I read all these reviews though and thought i HAD to do something with all the apples i have in my kichen, so i tried it with Bakers Secret Pie Crust ( REALLY GOOD BTW) and it came out so perfcet, it dissapeared before i even got a slice! I had to eat the crumbs on my husbands plate...LOL Ill be definately putting this on my permenant list!! THANK YOU!!!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

i put this in the bread machine and the dough came out perfect! I do suggest that you roll the dough completely out, as our pizza rose very high in the oven. It didnt effect the flavor at all though...delicious!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

To think I almost wrote a bad review of this bread...when it first came out of the oven it tasted blad to me, although it smelled great, so I left it on the counter over night becasue everyone said it tasted better the next day. I tasted it this morning, and it really did! Nobody was kidding...i guess sitting brings it to potential flavor...it was GONE for breakfast. Wonderful gift idea because it keeps!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

ok, let me just say this...I was about to all together give up on trying to make homemade rolls, and this was my shot in the dark last attempt. Beef Tips

I followed another raters advice and tried this one in the crock pot, and it came out absolutely wonderful! I omitted the salt, and added a little cornstarch to thicken it up ( I may have done something wrong becasue it was a little runny at first) but it was gone the second it served it...the meat is soooo tender! I have never had stew meat i could cut with a fork! Yummy

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

I have all but given up on trying to make chewy cookies from scratch, but when i read the good reviews of this recipe, i had to give it one more shot. They turned out absolutely perfect! I will never buy premade dough again! I think the secret to this recipe is beating everything until creamy with every addition of ingredients. And for those who want a more buttery taste, butter flavored shortening is the answer! absolutely scrumptious. I do suggest though, that you keep the dough spoonfuls moderate sized when putting it on the cookie sheet, as the middle will not cook through if they are too big. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!

Pasta Shells Florentine

i really loved these shells. they are so light and easy to make, and very much like the ones at a five star resturaunt. I ended up using a bit more sauce that listed, but i urge everyone to try this dish at least once!! thanks mamaclare
