Great recipe! My family really enjoyed it. I made a couple revisions. First, I used a garlic herb rotisserie chicken. I removed the meat from the bone and cut it up to add later. Then I boiled the veggies in chicken broth with the skin of the rotisserie chicken. I removed the skin, after 15 min, and discarded it. I also saved this broth to use for the sauce. Also, following other's suggestions, I made extra sauce which made the pie very moist and tasty. I also added red potatoe to the veggies Even my small children loved it. Using a rotisserie chicken added a lot of flavor. The only thing that I would change was that I thought boiling the veggies for 15 min. was to long. They were mushier than I like. I will make this again.
