Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
I've had this recipe for years although I got mine from a church cook book. Anyway, this is the only way to roast a whole chicken. My family loves it! The 250 degree oven and the spices are key! Don't try to speed up the cooking time by having a hotter oven. You'll love this cooked slowly and the house smells AMAZING. Much, much better than a store bought rotisserie. When you make two on a weekend, you have lots of extra chicken for other great recipes during the week.

Salisbury Steak
One of my favorite memories of the school cafeteria was salisbury steak. I was looking to duplicate that. This was very close. My kids were skeptical but none of it was left and everyone was happy.

Microwave Peanut Brittle
Very easy! Very quick! Be sure to be completely prepared before you start and read the reviews about microwave times. I was successful on the first try and can't wait to make more. As my 12 year old daughter said "I could eat this all day!"
