Was looking for a simple recipe for the ground beef I already had browned and drained when I ran across this recipe. I had most of the ingredients on hand with the exception of the brown gravy. Instead I used a can of Campbell's Golden Mushroom along with a can of Campbell's cream of mushroom. I also spiced it up a little a with garlic, onion & Worcestershire sauce and a little "Kitchen Bouquet" to give it a brown gravy appearance. I mixed all the ingredients together and served over egg noodles (eggless for us since my boys are allergic to eggs). Made a good meal for 4 and took less than a hour to prepare. I gave this recipe 4 stars because I had to add ingredients, but it is a great basic recipe! Thumbs Up from my family! Will be a "do over" in my house.
