Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Very good! I did everything pretty much the same except added about a tbsp. of worcestershire sauce to the ketchup mixture and put it on top of the meatloaf. I added some garlic and Italian seasoning to the meatloaf as well along with two pieces of bread on the bottom to soak up any fat or excess moisture.

Cousin Cosmo's Greek Chicken

Made this the other night and my husband said it was one of his favorite meals ever. I did everything exactly how was stated in the recipe and only added a little Greek seasoning to the chicken. Excellent!!!

Tzatziki Sauce II

Very tasty and close to what I would expect to get at a good Greek Restaurant. I used Greek Yougurt and added a little fresh dill. Yummy!

Twice-Baked Mashed Potatoes

Very good recipe!! I left out the green pepper as I did not have any. I used green onions rather than regular onions and added a few cloves of fresh minced garlic.

Verry good! I mixed the meat and noodles together rather than layering them and added some cinnamon and nutmeg to the meet mixture. I also substituted olive oil for the first two sets of ingredients instead of butter to make it a bit healthier.
