New Wife Tuna Salad

this is a very good recipe. I made it using regular yellow mustard and Tastefully Simples Seasoned Salt. Does not taste too fishy and the kids liked it.

Instant Hot Cocoa Mix

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2011
I made it as directed using the Hersheys Dark Cocoa and it is great ! After drinking half a cup, I remembered I had some hazelnut liquid creamer and that put it right over the top for me! Thanks for a great no sugar recipe that makes me feel like I am cheating..

Simple Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2011
This is sooo easy and very tasty ! I did not add the soup to the raw meat. I did brown the burgers and then drained off the grease and deglazed the pan with 1/4 cup water and added that to the entire soup mix and mushrooms. Bake it until the sauce is fairly thick and you can't go wrong! Definitely a keeper.

Lemon Pudding Poke Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2010
this is an awesome recipe. Very versatile and can use any combination of cake mixes and pudding. I prefer the cooked puuding over instant and use a pastry bag with an eclair filler tip to put the pudding into the cake...very easy that way. mmmmm Tonight we had yellow cake with banana pudding with cool whip mixed into one third of the cooled pudding for the frosting. Thanks for the great ideas here

Cream Cheese Penguins

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2008
These are so cool. I used an orange cheddar cheese instead of carrot for the feet and beak. also took the suggestion of using a thin sheet of craft styrofoam to anchor them in. You can print out anything like an ocean scene or beach scene and place on styro and then place plastic over the scenery. Very nice presentation. Thanks for the great idea!
