Elegant Scalloped Potatoes
This is a great recipe. The only things I changed were to boil the potatoes till slightly done, let them cool and rice them. It makes a lot, lot, lot so have a crowd to feed to have lots of leftovers. I did add a little extra bacon (1/2c) and green onions (1/3). Adding 3 large cloves of fresh garlic helps also. Making the sauce takes a while since you can't turn the heat up high or it'll burn on the bottom.

Country Herbed Meat Loaf
I prepared as is and there are way too many tomotoes. I used crimini mushrooms and they were great to add extra flavor. The meat need more herbs eg. parsley, cumin, more garlic and extra bay leaf, and any of your own you prefer.

Grandma's Noodles I
Wish I didn't have to give it one star. The proportions are all off. You need 1 cup of flour to 1 egg plus a little salt & baking powder and add as much milk as half a cracked egg shell. You won't go wrong this way.
