Halibut Provencale

I really liked this recipe and did not make the changes others have mentioned. I poached the halibut in the wine/tomato mixture and did the bread crumb piece at the end. I used kalamata olives. The presentation was good and the taste was great. I will definitely use this recipe again. Thanks, Jeff
