Chicago-Style Pan Pizza
This is wonderful! I used a premade refrigerated pizza crust and it was worked really well. Nothing but good things to say about this recipe, it's a keeper!

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II
This ended up very good. I took up of the suggested changes by another user and it turned out pretty good. The only thing I would change next time is that I will use tortilla chips or doritos instead of tortillas to add a little chunch to the dish.
