This is an awsome recipe. The best fish i've ever made. But beware! If the filets are thin, skip the second step. after cooking the fish for 3 minuts, flip them and dont cook them for "another few minuts" flip them and immediatly put the seasoning on. Cook the for 3 more minuts and serve. They will be juicy and PERRRRFECT!
