This is the best recipe that I have tried so far for chile rellenos pie! I have tried this pie with mushrooms sans the chicken and also with the chicken. I believe the chicken really makes the pie! I made for Taco Tuesdays at my house. Because I started it a little late, we ate tacos and 20 minutes later we had this pie. Needless to say, there was no pie left the next day!

Chicken Marsala II

This has the most excellent flavor! I would recommend this plate to anyone who loves chicken. The next time that I prepare it, I will increase the sauce so that if you would like to serve it with rice or noodles you will have some extra. There is just enough sauce for the chicken.

Very Best Blueberry Cobbler!

This is sooooo good! It is also very easy to prepare. The ingredients are basic and could be found in any kitchen, except the purchase of blueberries. I used frozen blueberries and it was absolutely delicious! Please watch the bake time. I left in for longer to get the dough to crisp. Bravo!!!! 5 Stars
