I was very happy with this recipe. I altered it a bit by sauteeing celery, carrots, onion, and garlic in a bit of olive oil. Then, I added the chicken ( boneless breasts cut into bite-size pieces, which I had browned first) along with the soups. I used reduced sodium cream of celery and regular cream of chicken ( I could not find reduced sodium cream of chicken in my grocery store). I then thinned the mixture a bit with reduced sodium chicken broth, allowed to begin to simmer and floated Pillbury frozen biscuits on top until they were hot. It came out so yummy. We have had it several times since I discovered the recipe. Definitely try it!
