Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2009
These are DELISH!! I use Frank's Red Hot Buffalo for the hot sauce. I add more than a dash of garlic powder. Just thinking about that sauce makes my mouth water.

I made this for my husband's b'day and it turned out wonderful! I made the changes to the butter and evaporated milk that others had suggested and it was perfect. Rich and Delicious!

Baja Sauce

Reviewed: May 23, 2008
To me this tastes just like the baja sauce at my favorite mexican fast food place, which is what I was hoping for. It's great on quesadillas.

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

Reviewed: May 20, 2008
I chose to cook these in the oven b/c there wasn't room on the grill. I followed another's advice and baked at 350 for about 8 minutes and then broiled for 4 or 5 minutes. I cannot explain how absolutely delicious these were! The texture was perfect. Full of flavor and so pretty with the red peppers on top! I'm already wanting to make these again. Simple and delish. You can't get any better than that!**UPDATE** I made these again forgetting that the first time I had added some salad vinegar to the mix. They were still good, but not as "to die for" as we thought they were the first time. The vinegar just adds that delicious tang that makes your mouth water. I won't forget it again:)

Quick and Easy Chicken Spaghetti

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2008
My hubby and I LOVED this! Very easy. I wanted it a little spicy so I used a whole can of regular rotel and half a can of the hot rotel with habaneros. It was perfect. I also threw in a handful of shredded cheddar and some sauteed onion. I wanted to use whole grain pasta and couldn't find angel hair that way so I used whole grain thin spaghetti and it was great in this. Thanks for such a quick AND tastey recipe!!!

Easy Cheese Ball II

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2008
This is super easy and super tastey! My fave cheese ball! I made these for some friends one night and people stood over the table inhaling it. I left the bacon out of one of them for my vegetarian friend and it was just as delicious as the one with bacon. I had pals asking me if I had put all these particular spices in it and I was like, "Nope, just ranch dressing mix." They were shocked.

Pan-Fried Asparagus

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2008
This was great! I used jarred minced garlic with Italian herbs, though. Worked out great. My hubby does not like asparagus, but says he can eat it any day as long as it's cooked like this:)

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2008
This was super tasty! I let the tenderloin, onions and two cans of mushrooms sit in the wine and spices for a couple of hours before cooking it. When I put it in the baking dish to cook, I sprinkled a little extra garlic powder and pepper on top of the meat since the wine had washed it off. The mushrooms soaked up the wine and were so delicious! I also used two packs of brown gravy mix as others had suggested. It tasted great and went very well with the mashed potatoes I also cooked. I will definitely be making this again! Dee-lish-us!!!
