Roasted Portobello Mushrooms with Blue Cheese

This recipe was very good! I used olive oil instead of soy sauce and sprinkled a little garlic salt on top. They were fantastic!

Apple Butter Spice Cake

This recipe was very very good! I made this for a coworker's birthday party and everyone loved it! I added the chunks of apple that a reviewer suggested and used my homemade apple butter. I will be using this one again!

Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley

I loved this recipe!! I added fresh parsley and basil, cut red baby potatos and olive oil to make a full meal. This was very fast and very good!
