I really love this granola! I made a few changes just because I didn't have all the ingredients. Used the amounts called for for oats, wheat germ, walnuts, almonds, oil,brown sugar and salt but olitted the maple syrup (didn't have any) and instead used 1 cp honey. I also used 1 tbs cinnamon and 1 tbs vanilla. Baked at 300 for about 30-35 min stirring every 8-10 min so it wouldn't burn and it turned out fabulous! After granola cooled I added a combo of dried cherries, blueberries and raspberries. I will definitely make this again!
