Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2001
I use this recipe for the inside of my apple crumb pie. It was a hit. The apples stay nice and soft and there is lots of apple glaze.

Mexican Baked Fish

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2001
This is such an easy and delicious recipe. My family loved it and have asked for it again. I do not use the sour cream or avocado. Just the salsa alone adds so much flavor. I also tried it with orange roughy and it was tastier than the cod. Thanks for a great recipe!

Chicken Breasts Pierre

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2001
This was a good recipe, but a little too spicy for me and the kids. I doubled the sauce recipe, perhaps there was too much chilli powder.

This is a very good recipe. I think it would be better if used with pork. I will try that next.

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2001
These pork chops were delicious. This is not a quick recipe by any means. The chops were very moist and tasty. I served these with rice. Next time I will double the soup, milk and wine mixture to make more gravy. My kids and husband loved these. This is a keeper!

This cake was very time consuming. It also comes out fairly dry. The kids loved it, but I was disapointed.

Beth's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2001
I have been long searching for a soft, thick, chewy chocolate chip cookie--alas, my search is over. These are the best chocolate chip cookies that I have ever tasted. They are a big hit in our house. Thanks Beth! I keep the cookies in tupperware with a slice of bread in the container and this helps them stay soft for over four days.
