Mexican Baked Fish
This is such an easy and delicious recipe. My family loved it and have asked for it again. I do not use the sour cream or avocado. Just the salsa alone adds so much flavor. I also tried it with orange roughy and it was tastier than the cod. Thanks for a great recipe!
