Sausage Egg Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2013
I served this for some friends and it was a huge hit. I made it the night before, let it sit in the fridge over night and cooked it up in the morning. Very good. I chose not to add the flour mixture at the end and it did not need it.

World's Best Lasagna

This really was a good lasagna. Everyone loved it and it had a pleasant flavor. It was extremely hard to serve as it fell all over the place, but still a good recipe.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2013
VERY DEPENDABLE. I have now this made this recipe several times with great success. Yummy as a dinner roll (I don't make croissants). These rolls also make an easy cinnamon roll by just adding melted butter on the rolled out dough. Sprinkle with brown sugar and dashes of cinnamon. Heaven. Wonderful recipe. And I am using my bread machine. It's a good day.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2012
Ever since watching Julie and Julia, I have been looking for a great recipe for Bruschetta. This is definitely it. Very nice flavors. It also looks very pretty with your oven toasted bread and the drained tomato mixture on top. Skip the cheese. I could eat these all day. Enjoy! Thanks for a truly good recipe.

******I would give this recipe more stars if I could! The flavor is fantastic. I did not change a thing. A very pleasant culinary experience. The cilantro makes all the other flavors come alive. Adios!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2010
* * * * Sooo good. Followed the directions exactly. No need to vary. I took the brownies out of the oven at the exact time stated and let them cool. They were perfect. Very rich and chewy. The top is crunchy and the inside just a perfect amount of soft. Really good recipe.

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2010
F I V E ***** S T A R S - easy, delicious recipe. I followed the directions except to add a little chopped onion to the sauce. I also did not have fresh tarragon, I used dried leaves (1/2 the amt.) and it was great. The taste is addicting. We used the extra sauce to drizzle over our potatoes. Very nice dinner. Thanks for such a good recipe. You make me look like a great cook.

Old-Fashioned Swiss Steak

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2009
I am giving this recipe a three only because my husband said this is how his Mother's tasted. I guess that means if you want Swiss Steak, you want bland. Not for me, sorry to say.

These were great. I used the recipe as is, but made it into a loaf of bread and cinnamon rolls. Very good. My anti wheat family gobbled them up.

Followed the recipe exactly. We loved them. They are great plain, but the caramel icing puts them over the top. The children especially loved them too. They are amazing moist and delightful!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2009
Does this recipe really need another review? I guess so ! ! ! My husband loved this so much (we all did) and said to NEVER make another recipe for cinnamon rolls again. Followed the recipe. No deviations. No problems. Okay, slight deviation...make this in a 13 x 9 pan for ease of baking and did not have the yeast called for, so I used regular instead. Always use butter. Fabulous ! Thanks for such a good fool proof recipe.

DELICIOUS ! ! ! My entire family loved this. I followed the directions almost perfectly. I did throw in one more garlic clove. I did mince my garlic. I used white cooking wine. This recipe is so simple and good. We ate this like we never ate steak before in our lives. Thanks for such a super recipe.

Slow Cooker Roast Beef

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2009
THIS IS IT. You can stop looking for that fabulous roast recipe. I cooked it exactly as the recipe called for except that I just cooked it all day. I forgot to put the pepper on. I also made a little gravy out of all the extra liquid. It was fantastic. The soy sauce is critical. Kikkoman, of course. My husband could not stop eating this roast. Thanks for great recipe.

Spiced Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2009
This is fantastic. Finally, a sure way to have moist pork chops. Be sure to use a 13 x 9 pan. If you go bigger, the sauce will dry out. Too small and the chops will not take on the jelly like coating. Everyone will eat these, including children. Thanks for good recipe.

Chicken and Pasta in a Mango Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2008
Excellent! A perfect blend of light and tasty. My family loves this. I did add a red pepper and doubled the fresh ginger. I cut the onion and peppers into chunks to make it easier to eat. This is a treat. Easy to make and delicious to eat. Thanks for the good recipe.
