YUM! The bean/corn mixture is so good I've eaten the leftovers on chips. This is sooo good!

Sugar Cookie Icing

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2010
Using the comments for others, this is an easy and awesome recipe! As is, not so much because adding more corn syrup makes the icing too sticky so that it never hardens so using milk instead to get a thinner consistency is better. I had a lot of fun decorating cookies with this and it tastes great with lemon extract!

Boneless Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2010
I baked mine instead of frying so I rated it a little higher since I didn't do it as directed. They were pretty good, very hot, and seem to be even hotter when you reheat them after refrigerating leftovers.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2010
I don't even like sugar cookies and these are so yummy! They're also a lot of fun to decorate. I made the just as directed except used powdered sugar instead of flour when rolling out.

Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2010
Everytime I make this it's a bit hit. Sometimes the top comes out picture perfect, sometimes it needs a chocolate cover-up job, either way it's very yummy as is. I rarely use the Pillsbury brownies though, I usually just go for whatever looks appealing in the baking aisle.
