That Good Salad
WOW is this ever a good salad. One of the best I've ever had. The dressing just makes it. I used concentrated lemon juice rather then fresh since that is what I had, but other then that followed it to the letter. Made it for a dinner party and everyone was eating their salads before they even touched the rest of the meal on their plates lol. That is how you know it is good!! :)

Zingy Pesto Tuna Wrap
This is ok at best. I made it to recipe pretty much exactly and all I could taste was tuna. I thought the pesto olive combo would take away some of the tuna taste but no. We wont make it again.

Turkey Bow Tie Skillet
Delicious with these changes- ground spicy sausage rather than turkey( pour out grease when cooked ), More garlic cloves, red pepper too, no celery, no onion, strained diced tomatoes and about 4 cups of broth. (Just strain out the excess once pasta is cooked). I never tried the recipe as it was, I'm sure it would be good too, but ground sausage is way more flavourful so we enjoyed this version.
