Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2011
I am not a connoisseur of meatloaf but this was the best I've ever had. Very moist. I used Lamb instead of beef, did not saute' the onions but instead chopped them finely and they were fine. Also did what others suggested and added 1 T. of Worcestershire. I added 1 t. of garlic powder and 1 t. of Herbs de Provence and doubled the topping sauce. Very flavorful and juicy. Excellent.

Jennifer's Granola

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2011
Great recipe, I didn't have all of the ingredients (no flax meal or sunflower seeds) so I added more of the nuts. I also added flaked coconut and cranberries. I tried this as a cereal and after combining with rice milk I found it a little too sweet but still very tasty. Made a second batch and cut the sugar and honey in half which was a bit too much. Next time I will try cutting both but just a little less and then I think it will be perfect for using as a cereal. Overall I think this is a fantastic and very versatile recipe.

Melon Peel

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2009
This is great! Simple but very refreshing. I used Watermelon schnapps. This didn't have an extremely strong overpowering alcohol taste so it was very nice.
