Chicken In Basil Cream

This recipe was really good. I added garlic and red pepper flakes and the sauce was fantastic! Think I'll try baking instead of frying next time bc I kept having to add butter to the pan so the chicken would get done. I also want to add mushrooms as another reviewer recommended.

Poppy Seed Dressing III

Italian Confetti Pasta Salad

OMG! this was fantastic! I used balsamic instead of the wine vinegar, 1/2 regular and 1/2 herb brie and grape tomatoes.... to die for!

Zucchini Patties

these were fabulous after a few changes from other reviewers.. Used paper towels to dry out the shredded zucchini. added a 3 cloves of garlic and after forming the patties i covered them again with seasoned bread crumbs. topped with marinara. to die for!

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce

This dish was delightful! I used regular sour cream instead of the low fat, and penne pasta instead of fettuchini. next time I want to add some dried basil and oregano as per another reviewer.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These muffins were fantastic and I'm a blueberry muffin fanatic! I did add more blueberries and was just thrilled with the final product. The taste and crumbly streusel topping combo truly were to die for!

Cranberry Orange Cookies

Wonderful flavor and presentation great! I took a reviewers recommendation and used 1/2 tsp. almond extract and chopped slivered almonds. Used 1 1/2 tsp. of zest and fresh cranberries. Didn't bother with the icing. Outstanding!

Crab Quiche I

This was soooo good! The reviewer who recommended adding the garlic, tabasco and old bay hit the nail on the head. The taste was superb and after sprinkling some old bay on the top, the presentation was great too. I did saute' the green onions til tender. Yum!

Fabulous! This was so delicious that it was completely consumed. I was hoping for leftovers, but no such luck... now I buy a 3 lb. Boston butt so there is some leftover for lunch the next day!

Chicken Marsala

This was amazing! I upped the amount of Marsala wine to 3/4 c. and the sherry to 1/2 c. and added 3 cloves of garlic, and 1/4 c. half and half. WOW! The flavor was outstanding. thanks 4 the post.

Key West Chicken

I followed another reviewers suggestion and only used 2 T. soy sauce and upped the honey to 3T, and 3 cloves of garlic. Glad I tasted the marinade before because it really lacked any flavor of lime. Actually tasted like teriyaki, which I hate. So added a whole lime for the juice. Nice flavor over all, but for marinating more than 24 hrs I thought the taste would have been more pronounced.

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

this was wonderful! as so easy too! The flavor was amazing as well as the presentation. I marinated for 5 1/2 hrs and broiled as mentioned from a previous reviewer. Made with broccoli salad and a yummy baked pineapple casserole. Sooooo good!
