Lemon Rosemary Salmon

Very easy recipe, fast and VERY delicious. I used a little course sea salt and a bit of freshly ground pepper on it, and squeezed some lemon juice on it. The rest i kept exactly the same. A Healthy and easy recipe that is great. I will make it again. Thank you for the recipe.

Avocado Soup with Chicken and Lime

A great soup & different. I made it a couple times. I used 4 avacados and put them in the food processor before adding into the soup.Makes it really smooth & creamy. I seeded the jalpenos before dicing them. I like the tang from the lime. Also I didn't have a tomato so i used a can of diced tomatoes with chilies, they worked perfect. I'll make this again. It also freezes well and if good thawed and reheated. Thank you for a differnt and delicious recipe.

Cream of Broccoli Soup III

Very delicious and healthy soup. I added the zest of a lemon. Lemon goes great with broccoli and the lemon zest smells great. Also added a little fresh oregano and parsley. I used a little less ff milk. The soup came out very good. I will make it again. Thanks for the recipe.

Spinach and Leek White Bean Soup

A wonderful recipe. It was DEE-LISH !! A very healthy soup. I added a finely chopped jalapeno, for some kick. Also a heaping 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, it goes good with spinach & leafy greens. Added a little more chicken stock. It is also a visually appealing/appetizing soup. I would recommend it & I am saving the recipe & making it again. Beth

Curried Wild Rice and Squash Soup

Wonderful tastey , healthy soup. I cut the orange juice to a dash. I added 2 jalapeno's, finely chopped to the onion/garlic mixture. I added a 1/8 of a cup of dry cooking sherry. I cut the salt down to a 1/2 teaspoon. Also added a handful of finely cut frsh parley to the onion/garlic mixture. It came out great. I will make this soup again.Beth
