Couscous Tabbouleh

I made this using couscous instead of quiona, I cook the couscous with 1 cup chicken broth and 1/2 cup water. I also seeded the cucumbers and tomatoes. I omit the carrots and add in 1/2 c. of feta cheese.

Marinated Tuna Steak

This recipe is a keeper. I did find 5 minutes a side was a bit too long as I like my tuna steaks a bit more med rare. I took it down to 4 minutes a side and it was perfect. I did add a tablespoon of grated ginger and my family raved about the taste.

Roast Leg of Lamb

I have made this recipe about three times roasted at 325 for 3 hours for a 6 lb roast. It has turned out perfectly each time. Did follow one of the reviewers advice and rub with olive oil put garlic and rosemary in slits on both sides. Served along with a greek cucumber dip and pita bread. YUM!

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

My family really liked the chicken and dumplings the only earson I gave it 4 stars was that the broth was a bit thick for my taste. It seemed more like gravy. I will add chicken stock next time to thin it out a bit. Thanks for sharing this great recipe.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Wow! The best roast I have ever made. I used a 6 lb english buffalo roast. Before putting into crockpot I seasoned with Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning and flour and browned in skillet. Used vegetable stock instead of water and cooked for 7 hours. Roast was a perfect medium rare and was so tender. I love buffalo meat becaue it is so lean but have not had success with a roast until now. Thanks for the recipe, my family has already asked when I'm making it again.

Supreme Apple Butter

I followed the recipe with the exception of cutting the brandy in half (as some of the reviews suggested)and doubled it. My family and friends have raved about the apple butter. My youngest went after it with a spoon. Thanks for the recipe this is a keeper!

Greek Style Potatoes

Just as good as our favorite greek restaurant. I followed the advice of others and cut the oil in half and I cut the water down by 1/2 cup. I did need to add garlic salt, it just seemed to need something. My family loved the potatos and it went really well with a roasted leg of lamb. Thanks for sharing!

Greek Lamb-Feta Burgers With Cucumber Sauce

Ukrainian Apple Cake (Yabluchnyk)

I just made this last night for my family and it was a big hit. The flavor was great and my kids loved it with a little milk poured over the top. Follow directions exactly expect double the recipe. Will make again and again.

Roasted Rack of Lamb

This is the best lamb recipe I have found. My entire family (including my 2 year old) loved the lamb. I have also used the same recipe for different cuts of lamb. Delicious!
