Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2011
So I couldn't get strawberries so substituted blueberries instead but kept everything else the same. I also used half of the amount for the cinnamon sugar since I didn't want them too sweet. Other than that, everyone loved the salsa and chips and they were all gone at lunch!! Thanks :)

Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2011
Disappointing....the cookies turned out too flat even with the baking soda and these burn very easily - was just peanut butter taste. Don't make if you aren't a fan. Wouldn't make this again.

The Best Lemon Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2011
First time making it and didn't like it all that much. Too sweet and lacked a certain tartness. Plus side was easy to make and to share....

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
This was by far one of the best desserts I've made! (And I make lots) The taste was so creamy and yummy! I had requests from the people I brought it over to - that I would make it again! Instead of using a store bought pie crust, I made mine own in a 9x12 pan with about 34 oreo cookies crumbled and about 3/4 cup blended together and pressed into bottom of pan, freezer for 5 mins, then mixture poured in and then back in freezer! So easy and worth the 5 stars!!!

French Vanilla Cream Puffs

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2011
The taste was really good and I used pistachio pudding so it gave it a really nice color/taste. However, the prep time took much longer than I thought and the constant cooking/cooling and size of the puffs weren't too my liking...

Spiced Sweet Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2011
Loved the hummus with the roasted red peppers! I cut back a bit on the cayenne pepper but the lemon juice really hit the spot! To make the tahini from scratch I put 1 cup olive oil to 1 cup roasted sesame seeds (they were in bulk at the store), blend that, then put in the chick peas (with the liquid), 2 garlic cloves not minced, and the rest... made TONS and cut up veggies which was a huge hit! Defintely make this again!!

Delicious Apple Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2011
This was what it says! Delicious! I would use it more as a dessert than with dinner. I used sliced almonds instead of the pecans and everyone loved it! Only thing prep time took a lot longer to peel the apples so not sure would make it again so quick!!

Southern Made Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2011
I was a bit hesitant at the amount of spices and so used about 3/4 of the recommended chili etc...and used Cajun instead of the Creole seasoning and made it into two baseball sized balls. It was a great hit for both parties I went to on New Year's Eve - creamy with just the right amount of spice and SO easy to make!! I will definitely use this recipe again!

Duck with Honey, Soy, and Ginger

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2007
I alternated the duck with the chicken and it turned out great! The sauce was smooth and blended well with the chicken. Not sure where on the recipe to use the honey as it's not in the directions. Served this with roasted potatoes and veggies along with a spinach salad.
