I love this recipe. I do a little catering on the side and made these for a few events, always to rave reviews. I'm getting married in a few weeks and am looking forward to using this recipe again for the reception.

Smokey's Cat Food (Cold Salmon Spread)

It worked really well for a low-carb snack with some deep-fried low carb tortillas used as a chip. It was maybe a little too fishy tasting for me so if I make it again, I'll try it with regular cream cheese.
