Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV

My family really liked this. I did add a couple of bay leaves and when I did the onions I threw in some mushrooms too. I didn't add the flour at the end-I just left the cover off for a few minutes and it was thick enough. Next time I think I will add some rosemary.

Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin

I was looking for a new way to make a pork tenderloin and this was it! I didn't have any dijon mustard so I used some dusseldorf mustard that I had. I also added some minced garlic. I took other reviewers suggestions and boiled the remaining marinade to serve on the side as dipping sauce. Really tender and flavorful! Thanks for the recipe.

Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup

This was easy and super tasty! It will be a fall and winter favorite. I used a roasted chicken from the grocery store as another reviewer suggested and I thought that it gave the soup a terrific flavor (and made the prep time even faster). I also used half broth/half chicken stock. Thanks!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

I have made this twice now-the first time I skipped the oven step and the second time I didn't (totally makes a difference-don't skip it!). The baking step gave it a nice texture and really brought out the flavor of the pork. I used a pork shoulder and just made sure I removed all of the fat before shredding. After shredding it and covering it with only a half bottle of sauce I let it sit overnight and baked it the next day. Really yummy! Thanks for the recipe!

World's Best Lasagna

The name says it all! Huge hit with my family-the leftovers were even better and went fast! I made it the day before with only a few changes- used red wine, used fresh herbs and left out the salt! The sauce will be used next time I make pasta! Thanks!

Pumpkin Layer Cheesecake

I made this for one of our Thanksgiving deserts and it was a huge hit! I put the crust in the freezer for 1/2 hour before starting. After the first layer was poured I popped it back in the freezer while I prepared the second layer. It came out perfectly! Thanks for the yummy recipe!
